Happy Easter...

...is what I intended to say but now it's a bit belated.  Here is my DT card for Cards for Men which was meant to be posted on Monday but has been delayed since by youngest son has had a tummy bug and needed his mum.

The challenge is being sponsored by Letraset and if you pop over to Cards for Men you'll find out all about the prize and get to see the cards from my team-mates.  The theme, by the way, is humour so hopefully you'll all get a giggle as well.

My card uses an image from Scribbled Kidz called Chocs Away which I have coloured with my promarkers.  The sentiment is computer generated and the papers are from my stash.  I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

It's almost Easter

To make this card I used a fab digi-stamp called Merry Little Eggheads from AI Factory.  I coloured him with Promarkers, made a mount from Dovecraft Textured Card and set him down with foam pads onto some DP that came in last years Easter issue of Let's Make Cards.  Sometimes the easiest cards are the most effective, dont you think?

Cards for Men and some Easter cards

I've been mad busy this last week or so and, unfortunately, I never got my DT card done for Cards for Men.  Luckily the rest of the team made fantastic cards so it's not noticeable, lol.  The theme this time on Cards for Men is 'Water' and the prize is 3 digi images from Hope Jacare.  Claire has always supported Cards for Men, in fact she was our first sponsor, so I'm really sorry not to have a card to show you.  Please take the time to visit her shop and also pop over to Cards for Men to see the great DT work.  I hope to see your cards over there.

I do have some cards to show though.  These were made a few weeks back for Crafty Ribbons.  I was lucky enough to get some free ribbon samples from their Easter range in return for a couple of samples.

 Both cards have decoupage images which were die-cut so nice and quick.  All ribbons were from Crafty Ribbons and the papers, cards and chipboard stickers were from an Easter issue of Let's Make Cards (had since last easter!).  I found it quite hard making cards for somebody else and really worried whether they'd be up to scratch.

I have to say, though, when I saw Ali's photos I was quite proud.

Easter Candy - Day 1

So today is the first day of my Easter Blog Candy.   The prize on offer is three packets of these beautiful 3d Stickers from Dovecraft.  You'll find them in the sticker section of my shop.

Stock Taking

I'm currently carrying out a full stock-taking exercise so no new products at the moment. I do have lots more to add though so will keep you posted. Hope you all had a great Valentine's Day yesterday, it'll soon be Easter!

Dovecraft Spring Clear Stamps

I've just added some great value clear stamps from Dovecraft. Each pack has a spring theme e.g. Easter, Valentines, Weddings, etc. They cost 99p and can be found here. I am always adding new stock so keep checking in case I forget to add it to my blog.
