A Stolen Kiss

Here's the latest image from Scribbled Kidz which is called 'A Stolen Kiss'.  He doesn't look too happy does he?  My card actually uses the 'prototype' image - the real one has them wearing shoes.  I've coloured them using my promarkers and the sentiment is from Peachy Keen Stamps.

Be My Valentine!

This is my DT card for Cards for Men where the challenge starting today is 'All My Love'.  The prize is 5 digis from Kenny K which is worth entering for, isn't it?  Pop over to the main post to see all the details and to see the wonderful cards from the rest of the team.

My image is called 'Hug' which I've coloured with promarkers and backed with Stampin Up cardstock (Real Red).  The backing paper is from Love Notes by Fancy Pants and the sentiments are from My Heart stamp set from Waltzing Mouse Stamps.

A Recipe Challenge At Cards For Men

This week over at Cards for Men the challenge is a recipe.  Your card/project must have 1 image, 2 design papers and 3 embellishments.  You can use 3 of the same embellishment, as I have or 3 different ones.  I cheated a bit and made my embellishments from my second Design Paper because I wanted a fairly clean design.  I actually made three cards using the same format because I have three young sons.  You can see the other two at the end of this post.

The prize up for grabs is a £10 voucher to spend at One Stop Card Crafts, an absolutely fab shop.  You can find the full details over on the main post.

The stamp I used in this (and the other two) card was from a Sweet 'n' Sassy set that I bought last year to make Valentines.  I'm ashamed to say, this is the first time they've been used.  The sentiment is part of the image so it's all done in one go.  I coloured the image with promarkers.  The design papers are both from Basic Grey - Origins range and I used my Cricut to cut out the hearts.  The card base is a scrap of Bazzill Basics I had in my stash.

Cards for Men has that loving feeling

This time over at Cards for Men we want to see your Valentine's Cards.  Anything with a love theme will do so long as it's for a man/boy, of course.

Here's my DT card for the challenge which this week is sponsored by Praire Fairy.  I've always loved Roberta's images and particularly like this one called 'Roopid'.  Please take a look across at the main post where you'll find more wonderful cards and all the details of the challenge.  The prize up for grabs is 5 digi images of your choice.

I've used Bazzill basics as the base of my card which is 6"x6".  The image is coloured with Promarkers and die-cut using a fab die from Go Kreate.  I won a set recently in a candy run by Mandy over at Crafty Fox Cards and they're great.

I saw a really inspirational idea over at All The Things I love by Bev today. She made a heart-shaped bag/box filled with chocolates to give as a Valentine Gift. There's even a downloadable template to help you recreate it.

Dovecraft Spring Clear Stamps

I've just added some great value clear stamps from Dovecraft. Each pack has a spring theme e.g. Easter, Valentines, Weddings, etc. They cost 99p and can be found here. I am always adding new stock so keep checking in case I forget to add it to my blog.
